By accessing and using ReviewRadar ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ReviewRadar provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that allows local businesses to monitor, aggregate, and respond to customer reviews on platforms like Google Business Profile. The Service includes AI-powered tools that suggest potential replies to customer reviews.

3. Account Obligations

You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must have the legal authority to bind the business entity you represent when connecting third-party profiles (e.g., Google Business Profile).

4. Acceptable Use and AI Features

ReviewRadar provides AI-generated suggestions for responding to reviews. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying the accuracy of any AI-generated response before publishing it. ReviewRadar is not liable for the content of your replies or any consequences arising from publishing them on third-party platforms.

5. Third-Party Services (Google)

Our Service integrates directly with Google Business Profile. By using ReviewRadar, you also agree to comply with Google's Terms of Service and their API usage policies. We reserve the right to suspend your account if we determine you are violating Google's spam or abuse policies through our platform.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

ReviewRadar is a paid service billed on a recurring subscription basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, there are no refunds for partially unused billing periods. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing cycle.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ReviewRadar, its directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of the Service or the actions of third-party APIs.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by sending an email or displaying a prominent notice within the Service.
