1. Information We Collect
When you use ReviewRadar, we collect information you provide directly to us (such as your name, email address, and billing information). We also collect data from your connected third-party accounts, specifically your Google Business Profile(s), including business locations, customer reviews, and reply history.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate our SaaS platform, sync your Google reviews, generate AI-powered reply suggestions, and process your subscription payments. We may also use your email address to send you notifications regarding new reviews, product updates, or support inquiries.
3. Google API Services and User Data
ReviewRadar uses Google APIs to fetch your business reviews and publish your replies. ReviewRadar's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We only request the scopes necessary to read your reviews and post replies on your behalf. We do not use your Google data for serving ads, and we do not sell your Google data to third parties.
4. AI Processing (Groq & Gemini)
To provide the "AI Reply Suggestion" feature, we transmit the text of your customer reviews to our sub-processors (such as Groq or Google Gemini). We do not send personally identifiable information of the reviewer beyond what is publicly visible in the review text itself. These AI providers act as data processors and are restricted from using your review data to train their models.
5. Data Retention and Security
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or disconnect your Google Business Profile, we will promptly delete your synced reviews and OAuth tokens from our active databases. We use industry-standard encryption (both in transit and at rest) to secure your information.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. You can revoke ReviewRadar's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account permissions page.
